BCD Soft Tofu Soup

Ingredients

  • BCD soup starter from Korean market

  • 1 cup of meat

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 3 fresh garlic

  • 1/4 slice of white onion

  • 1/2 green union

  • 1/4 slice of young green pumpkin

  • 1/4 enoki mushroom

Cooking steps

  1. Mix the meat with 1 tsp pepper and 3 fresh garlic

  2. Put the oil on the pot and wait until it heats

  3. Fry the meat until cooked

  4. Add 1 cup of water into cooked meat and wait until it boils

  5. Add sauce from the soup starter kit and stir

  6. Add onion and young green pumpkin and close the lid until it boils

  7. Add soft tofu from the kit and cruch it into small pieces

  8. Add green onion and enoki mushroom on the top

  9. At last, add egg and boil until it's cooked
