BCD Soft Tofu Soup
Ingredients
-
BCD soup starter from Korean market
-
1 cup of meat
-
1 egg
-
1 tsp pepper
-
2 tsp oil
-
3 fresh garlic
-
1/4 slice of white onion
-
1/2 green union
-
1/4 slice of young green pumpkin
-
1/4 enoki mushroom

Cooking steps
-
Mix the meat with 1 tsp pepper and 3 fresh garlic
-
Put the oil on the pot and wait until it heats
-
Fry the meat until cooked
-
Add 1 cup of water into cooked meat and wait until it boils
-
Add sauce from the soup starter kit and stir
-
Add onion and young green pumpkin and close the lid until it boils
-
Add soft tofu from the kit and cruch it into small pieces
-
Add green onion and enoki mushroom on the top
-
At last, add egg and boil until it's cooked
