Ingredients
-
1 cup chicken meat, sliced into small pieces
-
2 eggs
-
5 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tablespoons fish sauce
-
One 8-ounce package fresh wide rice noodles(cut them into 1-inch-wide lengths)
-
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-
4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
-
1 tablespoon sugar
-
2 cups kale,cut into bite-size pieces

Preparation
-
Heat a wok over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
-
Add garlic ,stir until turn light yellow
-
Add the chicken meat into the pan. Cook until the chicken is white and tender.
-
Add eggs ,saute until cooked
-
Add the kale and stir to incorporate.
-
Add the rice noodle following by the sweet soy sauce , stir until evenly brown
-
add the tablespoon of fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
-
Serve and enjoy.
