Pad See Ew

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken meat, sliced into small pieces

  • 2 eggs

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • One 8-ounce package fresh wide rice noodles(cut them into 1-inch-wide lengths)

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 cups kale,cut into bite-size pieces

 

Fried Thai noodle

Preparation

  1. Heat a wok over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

  2. Add garlic ,stir until turn light yellow

  3. Add the chicken meat  into the pan. Cook until the chicken is white and tender.

  4. Add eggs ,saute until cooked

  5. Add the kale and stir to incorporate.

  6. Add the rice noodle following by the sweet soy sauce , stir until evenly brown

  7. add the tablespoon of fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.

  8. Serve and enjoy.
